Naprotek is Hiring a Facility Assistant (P/T or F/T) Near San Jose, CA
Under direction of Facilities Manager, assists in performing general maintenance activities relating to organization’s physical property not limited to and including building maintenance, operation, or janitor functions.
- Advises manager on problem correction.
- Assist in maintenance of heating, cooling, or ventilation equipment.
- Maintenance and repair work of facilities and equipment.
- General light duties associated with maintenance of the facility
- Additional duties as assigned
- Knowledge of safety rules and regulations including use of PPE
- 2 Years experience in general facilities maintenance
Bending, Squatting, Lifting, Turning, Reaching, Using tools (hand tools and small, portable power tools such as drills), Reaching above your head, Use of ladders, hand trucks, and pallet jacks, Moving and emptying waste receptacles, Moving debris to the trash containers outside the building.
